Is free shipping available?
FlagTools free shipping is available for eligible items, so check the shipping options as you shop. On the product detail page, you’ll see shipping options in the fulfillment section before you add the item to your cart.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
There are two ways to qualify for free shipping:
If you are located in Asia, your order total is $30 or more (before taxes and fees), weighs 150 pounds or less, and meets standard weight and cube requirements.

What's excluded from free shipping?
Free standard shipping does not apply to:
- Orders where eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $30
- Orders containing hazardous materials, require a $15 handling fee and an adult signature upon delivery
- Items sold by third-party sellers, where arrival times vary by manufacturer and product type
- Certain countries/islands are not eligible for free shipping and some areas cannot be delivered
When can l expect my item to be delivered?
Most orders will arrive at your delivery address within 5-7 business days of processing. For large and bulky items, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Some items may also be shipped directly from suppliers, in which case processing may take more time.
Can my order be expedited?
Expedited shipping is available for some products, and you can upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee so that your product arrives faster. Expedited shipping is useful for items you need immediately, such as tool materials for your next project or appliance parts that need to be repaired quickly.
Can I request a later delivery date?
For items that require delayed delivery, Flag Tools provides a 90-day window to ensure your delivery location is ready and available to receive the shipment.
