Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure the quality of products delivered to customers. If there are issues with your order, you are entitled to protect your interests. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service within 30 days of receiving your package for approval. We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

For dissatisfaction returns within 30 days of delivery:

  • Refunds will be the order total minus shipping fees.
  • Customers bear round-trip shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.

1. Returns for Quality Issues

Products with quality defects are eligible for a full refund.

Customers must return the product to us (return shipping costs borne by the buyer). A full refund will be issued upon receipt.

2. Replacement

Products with quality defects may be replaced.

Customers must return the product. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement and cover the outbound shipping costs.

3. Repair

Products with quality defects may be repaired.

Customers must return the product. After repair, it will be returned to the customer.

Buyer covers all shipping costs (to and from our facility).

4. Exchange

If unsatisfied with a product due to defects, you may return it for an exchange.

No shipping fees covered by us. Customers must pay the price difference (if applicable) and return shipping costs.

5. Returns for “Dissatisfaction”

Due to high international shipping costs and our use of real product photos on flagtools.com, we do not offer full refunds for non-quality issues (e.g., “doesn’t match photos,” “not as expected”).

6. Important Notes

Always contact customer service for approval before returning any item. ” Flag Tools “is not responsible for unapproved returns.

When contacting ” Flag Tools “, provide:

  • Photos of the package (front/back)
  • Partial shipping labels (if applicable)
  • Photos/videos/screenshots of defects

Retain all packaging materials and shipping labels for return validation.

Provide a tracking number after shipping returns. Without tracking or a shipping receipt, processing may be delayed by 1-2 months until the package arrives at our warehouse.

7. Refund Process

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for transaction fees (if any) during refund processing.

Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on statements. Bank transfers take 3-4 business days.

8. Shipping Guidelines

Do NOT use couriers like DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx for returns. Ship via local postal services to avoid customs delays or import taxes.

Include a note with your return package containing:

  • Order number
  • Returned SKU(s) and quantities
  • Brief description of the defect

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in rejected returns.
